Spherene Studio is a plugin for Rhino, Grasshopper and Autodesk Fusion which helps to generate spherenes. The Spherene plugin helps to create models using sphere-based geometry that behaves like solid materials, which can help reduce weight, time, and manufacturing cost. Its Adaptive Density Minimal Surfaces (ADMS) print on any machine, in any material, and suit complex shapes without added supports. It's ideal for product designers, footwear designers, and other creative professionals.

What Are Spherenes?

Spherenes are geometric structures made from tightly packed or overlapping spheres, used in 3D printing to build complex forms. They enable precise control over shape and material properties, such as strength and porosity. This approach works well for lightweight components, medical implants, and parts that require internal flow or custom density.

Spherene® metamaterial is changing design and manufacturing, making things lighter and more efficient. It mimics bulk material properties, drastically cutting design time. Create spherene metamaterial through our API or integrate it seamlessly into your existing CAD workflow.

Super Geometry
