Shipping & Returns

Items ordered before 2pm on a working day are usually despatched the same day. We use DHL express services for next working day delivery.

Orders over £150 to the UK are shipped free of charge. Below £150 a charge of £4.95 is applied. Shipping charges exclude UK VAT.

We hope to offer EU shipping services very shortly.

We regret, we are unable to despatch orders to non-EU countries.

Returns

If you decide you do not want your item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and unopened, we will happily accept the item back. All returns must be organised in advance or they will not be accepted. If an item is sent incorrectly, we will organise collection free of charge; if not a collection fee of £9.95 is applicable.
