Returns Policy

All returns must be agreed in advance by contacting us. Items sent without a valid returns code (RMA) will not be accepted, no refund or exchange will be applied.

Due to the nature of software, it is not possible to refund serial numbers or opened software. Please take care when ordering as mistakes cannot always be rectified later. If you believe you have placed an order in error, please notify us immediately.

Hardware items are subject to a standard 7 day returns policy. Unwanted items, unused and in perfect condition can be accepted back, subject to a 5% re-stocking fee and recorded return postage at the customer's cost. All returns must be agreed in advance.
