Q: Do you ship outside the UK?


A: At the moment, we are only able to ship hardware items to addresses within the UK and most EU countries. Licenses and their availability vary - but we aim to cater to all regions. You will be notified before being charged if we are unable to process your order. Feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you have any queries.
 

Q: How long will my order take?


A: Our products vary in delivery times and methods. Some items are physical and therefore will be despatched by courier, whilst others are digital delivery - where a download link or product key may be delivered via email. Wherever possible, timescale and availability information will be displayed on the product page. Please bear in mind that most digital delivery items take one working day to process as anti-fraud measures and serial generation may need to take place to complete an order.

Q: Can you help me choose the right product?


A: Of course. We have considerable experience in-house and we work with our software manufacturers to support customers through the buying process and beyond. If you like help with technical decisions or product information, drop us an email and it will be handled by the most knowledgeable member of staff available.

Q: Why should I buy from CAD Software Direct?

We are official resellers for Rhino, Vectorworks, Autodesk, Piranesi, Maxon, Vue, Craft Animations and more - and all our products are correctly sourced UK/EU valid items. Unlike some resellers, we never use grey imports and all warranties and support are valid in the countries we sell.  Q: I need to buy multiple items, can I get a discount?

A: We aim to provide a cost-effective purchase at every level. If you wish to purchase several items, we can recommend the best licensing option to save you money, provide deals on bundles and attractive pricing on larger/multiple orders. Simply contact us with your requirements.
